Varsha S. Govardhan is a seasoned pharmaceutical and biotech quality expert with over 30 years of global experience spanning manufacturing, consulting, and regulatory affairs. She has held key leadership roles across the U.S. and India, bringing deep expertise in cGMP compliance, quality systems, regulatory documentation, and validations.
As the Founder and Director of Vita Scientia Globus, she leads a specialized consulting firm offering services in cGMP trainings, facility audits, qualifications and validations including CSV, documentation, automation and regulatory support for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical organizations.
Varsha holds an M.S. in Organic Photochemistry from Michigan State University, USA and has previously contributed to organizations like Emergent BioSolutions, BioPort Corporation, and SciGen BioPharma. She has a strong academic background and a merit-level teaching record in advanced organic chemistry.
Subodh Govardhan Ph.D brings over three decades of global leadership experience spanning manufacturing, quality management, operational excellence, and engineering within the aerospace, industrial, and instrumentation sectors. He has held senior leadership positions at multinational corporations such as Eaton and KROHNE Marshall, successfully leading cross-functional teams across India, the United States, Mexico, and Europe.
Subodh holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Auburn University, USA, and is regarded as an authority in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and business systems integration. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Independent Director, effectively combining deep technical expertise with strategic governance capabilities.
He is an elected member of Alpha Sigma Mu (ASM), the International Honor Society for Materials Science and Engineering, and Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society. He is also listed in America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals.
