With an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and a Gold Medal from North Maharashtra University, she brings deep expertise in Computer Systems Validation (CSV), Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and global regulatory documentation.
At Vita Scientia Globus Pvt. Ltd., Anuradha serves a key role in overseeing and executing high-impact validation projects across India, Israel, and Southeast Asia. She has successfully led initiatives for top pharma and biotech companies including Biocon, Pfizer, USV, Hilleman Labs, and Enzene, supporting everything from equipment qualification and QMS design to regulatory document preparation and e-learning content development.
Her broad technical scope includes risk assessments, Contamination Control Strategies (CCS), Excel sheet validation, SDLC, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
