Kaustubh Deshpande is a highly experienced pharmaceutical quality and validation expert with nearly 20 years of experience in, quality systems, computer systems validation (CSV), and commissioning & qualification (C&Q). With a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Kaustubh has built a strong foundation across leading pharmaceutical organizations including Lupin, Wockhardt, Emcure, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
Throughout his career, Kaustubh has led critical functions such as laboratory instrumentation and calibration, GxP compliance, quality risk management, and regulatory audit readiness. He has extensive hands-on expertise with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, and various global cGMP standards. His work has consistently ensured the validated state and regulatory alignment of computerized and automation systems across multiple regulated environments.
In his current leadership role at Vita Scientia Globus Pvt. Ltd., Kaustubh plays a key part in business development, technical strategy, training, and project execution. He is instrumental in developing customized solutions for clients, building technical capacity, and ensuring high standards of compliance and delivery across all engagements.
