As the Founder and Director of Vita Scientia Globus, she leads a specialized consulting firm offering services in cGMP trainings, facility audits, qualifications and validations including CSV, documentation, automation and regulatory support for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical organizations.
Varsha holds an M.S. in Organic Photochemistry from Michigan State University, USA and has previously contributed to organizations like Emergent BioSolutions, BioPort Corporation, and SciGen BioPharma. She has a strong academic background and a merit-level teaching record in advanced organic chemistry.
